Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 2:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for the goods and services offered to customers.

Essential Functions Statements
❖ Prepare, post, verify and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
❖ Create certain invoices and reports according to company practices; submit invoices to customers and
employees.
❖ Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identify delinquent accounts by
reviewing files, and contact delinquent account holders to request payment.
❖ Create credit memos/adjustments.
❖ Create employee billing invoices and adjustments.
❖ Process customer credit applications.
❖ Send W-9's when needed, adding, and removing tax as needed. Update account with correct tax
certifications.
❖ Generate monthly billing statements and finance charges.
❖ Submit invoices in web portals as needed.
• Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Office Manager.
• Maintain filing systems both manually and electronically.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE
Previous office experience required.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites or related software.
