Compliance Manager
Job Status: Full Time
FLSA Status: Non – Exempt
Amount of Travel Required: 50%
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm (on call)
POSITION SUMMARY
Manage the Compliance Department by keeping customers in compliance with all local, state and federal labor laws, as well as the laws that govern business practices. Review responses to official customer inquiries and correspondence with government agencies to ensure they are complete and proper.

Essential Functions Statements
- Manage all employee and business process compliance activity for the entire company.
- Analyze all in-force contracts to make sure that each client is getting what they paid for.
- Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met.
- Collaborate with management team to make sure that the entire company is aware of compliance requirements and issues.
- Work closely with department managers to review all departmental policies for compliance issues.
- Sell compliance services to our customers.
- Have working knowledge of all oil and gas compliance related regulations.
- Apply for permits with government agencies.
- Organize post inspection repairs or construction.
- Assist with scheduling compliance work with the compliance technicians and customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE
Previous compliance in manufacturing sector a plus. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required.

- Computer Skills: proficient in the use of personal computers and smart phones.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, record details of repairs made and parts used, calculate bills accordingly to record of repairs made, labor time, and parts uses.
- Certifications & industry specific certifications required.
- Must be able to pass DOT driving requirements.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)-hard hat, safety vest & glasses when necessary.
EDUCATION
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
5+ years' experience in quality control or corporate policy auditing
2+ years' supervisory experience
ISO 9001 experience preferred
Advanced computer database and Microsoft Office software skills
Strong understanding of current regulations affection oil and gas industry
