Oversee and manage employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.

Essential Functions Statements
❖ Notify Facility Manager of equipment problems.
❖ Operate company vehicles.
• Train and manage employees on the assigned position.
• Oversee the daily workflow and assignments.
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Assure quantity and quality of products are correct when receiving.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Ensure that products are identified and warehoused correctly.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise.
• Ensure that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and signed correctly.
• File reports and paperwork as required. (Timecards, daily job cards, build sheets, drawings, unapplied
time sheets and any other paperwork as requested.)
• Adhere to all safety training as provided by IOME.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE
Two years in welding experience and supervisory experience in production and machinery preferred. Valid driver's
license with an insurable driving record required.
