POSITION SUMMARY Identify, engage, and hire top talent, and similar human resources tasks. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Stay ahead of industry trends to refine and improve our hiring strategies. Must be motivated and able to work independently.

Essential Functions Statements

❖ Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

❖ Facilitate interview process, selection of candidates by reviewing applicants in develop, and maintain job descriptions and postings across relevant platforms

• Manage the Application Tracking System and other recruiting sources.
• Reports weekly recruiting matrix.
• Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

❖ Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details.

❖ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.

❖ Operate company vehicles.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE At least three years managing full cycle recruitment and hiring process preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus, strong sourcing skills. Excellent communication, a proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required.

EDUCATION High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. Associate degree (two-year college) or work equivalent, field of study: business. SHRM-CP-PHR, or similar certifications (preferred, not required)

WORK ENVIRONMENT Typical busy office environment.
