POSITION SUMMARY
Perform various routine clerical duties to support the Service Department Manager and technicians. Facilitate
warranty process and billing. Serve as Service Dispatching back up.

Essential Functions Statements
❖ Perform billing service tasks for Time & Materials work orders and specific required paperwork associated
with customer's guidelines.
❖ Service Department ordering of parts and supplies.
❖ Serve as the Warranty Specialist in all aspects of parts, returns and billing.
❖ Responsible for all Calibration, Certifications with Department of AG & State requirements.
❖ Operate company vehicle.
• Address customer, vendor, and technician concerns.
• Complete the Core return process.
• Enter information using Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain filing system both manually and electronically.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE
Previous office experience required. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

EDUCATION
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
